We ship with the three usual German parcel service providers DHL, GLS and DPD from our warehouses in Norderstedt and Seeshaupt.

Shipping rates

The shipping costs are displayed directly in the order process. Within Germany (only mainland, no islands) we ship all orders over €50 free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (010 Digital GmbH, Flurweg 11, 82402 Seeshaupt, Germany, e-mail: retouren@010digital.eu, phone number: +49 8801 / 9119 - 030) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use this model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. Withdrawal via our website (withdrawal button): You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically using the digital withdrawal function provided on our website ("Revoke contract"). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., via email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal – or to submit the withdrawal via the online function – before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, or where such costs are excluded based on the shipping method – e.g., outlet and special sales), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods for orders with a value of €50 or more, unless the chosen shipping method excludes this (e.g., outlet and special sales). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
